Online purchases made
with your credit card are displayed on the credit Card statement as:

Shipping
Orders that are not
custom or handmade ship
within 2 business days of payment receipt. Custom
and handmade garden stake orders ship within 7 working days of
payment. All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st
Class Mail or Priority Mail.
We ship Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
Refunds
If the items you ordered
are not as described, or if we made a blatant mistake, we will give
you a full refund including, shipping and handling costs. In
addition, we will pay the return postage provided the merchandise is
returned within seven business days.
If you are simply not happy with the merchandise that you ordered
let us know and send it back within 7 days to receive a refund on
the Purchase Price Only (shipping and handling fees will be
excluded).
If your order is damaged in any way, email us immediately and we
will issue a replacement or full refund.
